As part of its program activity, FIT is gathering data through an endline survey; the goal is to understand more about small and medium sized organizations (SMOs) across Canada.

This includes finding out more about you and your:

• experience as a Canadian SMO with testing innovative solutions;
• access to funding to test innovative solutions; and
• capacity and learnings as an SMO.

This survey’s target audience includes, but is not limited to,  SMOs who tested innovative solutions with FIT.
